Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Y Padel, Zeppenheimer Straße 32, 40489 Düsseldorf, Germany, Email: info@ypadel.net — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our withdrawal function at ypadel.net/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you an immediate acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of services provided for in the contract. Specifically for the YPADEL membership: if you have already used your membership to register for a RYSE tournament within the withdrawal period, the compensation payable corresponds to the full membership fee; no refund of the membership fee is made in this case. If you have not used your membership for any tournament registration within the withdrawal period, you will receive a full refund of the membership fee upon withdrawal.

End of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent to do so and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract.

Immediate Start of Membership

If you would like us to begin providing membership services before the withdrawal period expires, you must confirm this expressly at the time the contract is concluded, e.g. with the following statement: "I expressly request that Y Padel begin providing the membership service before the end of the withdrawal period. I am aware that upon withdrawal I must pay compensation equal to the full membership fee once I have used my membership to register for a RYSE tournament. If I have not used my membership for any tournament registration within the withdrawal period, I will receive a full refund of the membership fee upon withdrawal."
